If you are purchasing, please download and complete the Transfer Of Ownership form. Once you have closed on your home, you will need to mail or deliver a copy of your deed to our management company in order to complete the registration process. Failure to do so may result in important notices, your coupon book and other mailings being forwarded by the Postal Service to the previous owner. Failure to submit a copy of your deed does not relieve you of the obligation to pay your fees on a timely basis. In addition, you will not be able to obtain a replacement access card for the main recreation complex, should the one that you get from the previous owner be damaged or lost, rent the Clubhouse for private parties or obtain access to the Residentís portion of the web site.
If you are leasing, please download and complete the Intent To Lease form. There are two sections to this form; one for the Landlord and one for the Tenant. Both sections must be completed and mailed or delivered to our Management Company along with a copy of the lease in order to complete your registration. Failure to comply will result in your being unable to obtain a replacement access card for the main recreation complex, should the one that you get from the landlord be damaged or lost, rent the Clubhouse for private parties or obtain access to the Residentís portion of the web site.
